2020 Orlando Coaches & Captains Survey

Coaches and captains need to fill out the below survey in order to complete their registration and be allowed to check in prior to the draft to get access to the draft room. If  you are the captain of multiple teams, you will need to complete a survey for EACH division your team is competing again. This information is required by the county to keep being able to add to and improve the events each year.
