GET INVOLVED – An entry point for local leagues and tournaments who want to begin affiliating with a national organization but unsure whether your teams will truly utilize bids, points and other benefits of our National program. Earn Battle points for your league or tournament at our 1x rate so they can begin to get ranked nationally, a 1/2 bid to Nationals or Worlds, use our rules, certify your officials and more! $75 fee per division, $100 if you require insurance provided.
ULTIMATE VALUE – For organizations with teams who you know or believe are interested in travelling and being a part of larger events that you can feed into, this level is for you. Earn double points for your teams, bids to both Nationals and Worlds, insurance, assistance marketing and promoting the event and more! Fees per event are: $30 for every 4 or 5 man team, $40 for every 7 or 8 man Screen team, $50 for every 8 or 9 man Contact team.
Battle Points & Rankings – Your league or tournament results will be included in our yearly Battle Points program that is a huge draw for teams to participate. Teams participating in your events will also be added to our rankings.
Paid Bids – For each division you offer of 9 or less teams at your league or tournament that is sanctioned at a national level, we provide one 1/2 bid of your team’s choice to the next National Championships in Orlando (over 700 teams in 2018) or World Championships in Arlington, TX, which is 1/2 off entry plus priority registration for those teams. For 10 or more teams in a division, we would provide that team with a 1/2 bid to both National and Worlds! Locally sanctioned events are provided one 1/2 bid regardless of teams.
Get Promoted – As a nationally sanctioned partner or official hosted Battle event, the FFWCT will add you to our event calendar and/or sanctioned leagues page with a link back to your website, blast your event out to one of our Facebook/Instagram/Twitter accounts (over 100,000 combined social media followers), list you on a monthly email blast and more!
Event Insurance – No insurance? No problem! Average insurance can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars per season or event, but as an official FFWCT sanctioned league or tournament organizer you can request inclusion in our $1,000,000 liability insurance program to be used for facility rental and other uses! Simply request your certificate with information on who to be named on the document within 3 weeks of the event being held!
Honor Your Officials – After each of your sanctioned tournament or league seasons, your organization may select a top official to be honored by the FFWCT to officiate at our National and/or World Championships, including free room and board for up to 4 nights! Each official will be thanked via our social media and announced of their award as well as receiving a special gift at the event! Travel and transportation must be booked by the approved date to hold their spot once awarded!
Combine with other Point Systems – Already giving out points or bids as part of a sanctioned USFTL, TAFF or other governing body’s organization? No problem! Our sanctioned events are not mutually exclusive, and we have no problem you working with us and other organizations even within the same event. Our requirements and benefits make it easy to combine with others.

Brand Awareness – The Flag Football World Championship Tour has quickly established itself as a market leader in the sport of flag football. Becoming a sanctioned league or tournament instantly adds credibility along with benefits for participating that enhance your event and differentiate you from your competitors! Select organizations can apply to host official Battle branded events as well, contact us separately for more information!
Website Promotion – All sanctioned events must have a website to promote from, no exceptions. All we ask is on your homepage you include your Sanction Event seal with a link back to our website, along with on each event information or registration page which will add legitimacy to your event and provide information on what that means to your players. Leagues with facebook pages only may be considered so contact us to apply!
Keep Accurate Records – As part of our ranking system, we require each event to submit the following information for each participating team within one week of the league or tournament end date: Team Name, City/State for each team, captain name, captain phone, captain email, Final Standings per division. Without that information, rankings cannot be calculated properly and will not be included.
The Flag Football World Championship Tour is the largest adult flag football tournament organizer in the world, hosting events all over the United States and some internationally for all styles, ages and skill levels. Our 2019 National Championships, held in Orlando every January MLK weekend, featured over 700 teams from all over the world. Our World Championships is held in Arlington, Texas every May Memorial Day weekend and is the pinnacle event for our series every year. At each of our major events we offer large cash prizes, a quality run event, a big sponsor village with lots of giveaways, top officials and entertainment options that give players a reason to want to be a part of our circuit.
Our Battle Points are what seed each team into their pools in a unique draft-style environment so any team that plans on participating at our National or World level will be seeking out event opportunities to earn those points year round. Bids are also highly important, both of which are provided at our Nationally Sanctioned level, since we have to cap many of our events due to the demand and also cuts down their cost of attending to practically nothing.
