What's This?

The 2018 Battle Orlando 4v4 Flag Football National Championships were held in Orlando, FL on January 27-28, 2018 and featured the top teams from all across the country. Originally televised on select Fox Sports and NBC Sports Networks, over 100 teams competed to be crowned a National Champion. The 2018 circuit is shaping up nicely with over 40 regional adult and youth tournaments, our upcoming World Championships in Indianapolis this July and leading into next years Battle Orlando National Championships which is being moved to Kissimmee on MLK weekend in January!

FFWCT teamed up with Focused TV Productions and Fox Sports to provide televised access to the many flag football fans who can’t make it to the tournament, and those who want to relive the experience. James Bates, who led the Florida Gators to their 1996 National Championship, and has since won three Emmy Awards for his broadcasting talents, gave the play-by-play.

In addition to the televised championship game, the tournament featured divisions for men and women of different ability levels and team sizes, and children of various age groups. Many of the division champions receive cash prizes, with a total of $15,000 at stake. All division champions received trophies. All the games took place at Northeast Regional Park in Davenport, Florida, while next years flag football national championships is already scheduled for Martin Luther King weekend, January 17-20 at Austin Tindal Park in Kissimmee, Florida.
