What's This?

With the recent announcement that the USFTL will not be hosting their tournament in Tampa, we have been working to maximize every inch of our facilities for the Battle Orlando National Championships to be able to accept as many teams as humanly possible, while also balancing our ability to still put on the highest quality event experience for the players. For the adults we will now be utilizing all three complexes at Austin Tindall, Archie Gordon and Hickory Tree parks. After revisiting our schedule blocks, we are happy to announce that we will be including Over 35 divisions for 5v5 Contact, 5v5 Non-Contact and 8v8 Contact with limited availability as well due to popular demand. We also moved the 5v5 Contact division to the A block so 8/9man contact players have a better opportunity to play. The 5v5 Contact PRO and 5v5 Non-Contact PRO divisions ill not conflict, even though both are in block A.

For 2019, we will still be confined by total field space, especially within our larger format 7v7, 8v8 and 9v9 divisions, and with that are announcing that each division will have a total cap on how many teams are able to participate, which you can view in the table below. While in total we will be able to accept more teams than any Nationals has ever held, some divisions, namely the larger formats, will fill up fast and we have no room for expansion past that due to field constraints. In general, the caps are set to accommodate as many teams as possible that we expect to register based on past participation in FFWCT and USFTL National events. We recommend that if you are anticipating playing, you get your registration in ASAP to avoid missing out on an opportunity to play. Register here.

In order to make sure we turn away as few teams as possible and so teams can plan their travel accordingly, we have also removed the ability to place a deposit and all registrations here forward must be paid in full, aside from teams with free bids. Any team who has currently paid a deposit must pay their remaining balance in full by December 1st in order to hold their spot in their division along with their registration date for the bonus Battle Points. Also remember late fees go into effect as of December 15th, so everyone needs to make sure you’re registered as soon as possible for the best possible experience.

Below are the maximum amount of teams that we are capping each division, and for a full list of which teams are currently registered click here.
