FLAGS

All teams MUST provide their own flags. All 4v4, 5v5 and 8v8 Screen formats will be using Sonic Flag-A-Tag and all 8v8 Contact formats will be using Triple Threat flags. If you don’t have any, we’ll have some available for sale at the fields while supplies last, but I recommend purchasing them cheaper on Amazon if possible.

ROSTERS & WAIVERS

Print the forms below and forward the waivers to your players. ALL PLAYERS must fill this out completely with signatures from all players and turned in at check-in to get a wristband before first game. Players WILL NOT be allowed to participate if they have not turned in a waiver and received a wristband that must be worn at all times.

CAPTAINS MEETING, DRAFT PARTY & MEDIA DAY

Will be held at Dick’s Sporting Goods on the strip (directions here) from 6pm – 9pm on Friday, January 5th. A representative from each team must be in attendance in order to draft for your pool for divisions of 4 or more teams. Draft times are below, make sure and get there around 30 minutes early to ask questions, the draft will not wait on late teams and you will automatically be seeded: 

• 6:30pm – 4v4 PRO
• 6:45pm – 5v5 Contact
• 7:00pm – 5v5 Screen Competitive
• 7:15pm – 5v5 Screen PRO
• 7:30pm – 8v8 Contact Men’s Competitive
• 7:45pm – 8v8 Contact Men’s PRO
• 8:00pm – 8v8 Screen Coed PRO
• 8:15pm – 8v8 Contact Women’s PRO

All divisions with 4 or less teams will automatically be seeded and don’t have a specific draft time but are still encouraged to attend the captains meeting to pick up your official schedule, get interviewed at media day and ask any questions!
