The city of Arlington is partnering with the FFWCT’s Flag Football World Championships this May to help teams save by booking their hotels early through our hotel partners! They have worked with us to provide special rates for our teams to reserve blocks of room where you can have your players pay for theirs individually through our RoomRoster system with very little down! Any team who books 5 or more room nights through our hotel link on RoomRoster will earn a $50 credit towards Battle Orlando, or $100 credit if 10 or more room nights are booked!
Room nights means total nights times rooms booked, not total rooms, so 4 rooms for 3 nights would equal 12 room nights and get you a $100 credit. You MUST book your hotels through THIS LINK, otherwise the city will not be able to track and provide the credit through our partnership (so no, AirBNB or Hotels.com or direct bookings will not get you a credit). You may book elsewhere if you choose, but only people booking through our link will receive their credit, this helps us work with the city to allow us to bring these kind of events to their areas with all the benefits they provide!
Remember our captains meeting will be Thursday night, May 23rd starting around 5pm and games WILL run late Sunday night, so we recommend EVERYONE booking their hotels Thursday – Monday, may 23-27, 2019.
