Teams who register early will receive BONUS POINTS that scale down based on the date you register for the first 8 days (see chart). Battle Points will be extremely important in determining the draft order for pool play seeding at the draft party.

Teams can secure a spot with a $50 deposit until November 1st, after that full payment is due at time of registration.
November 1, 2019 (7pm EST) – Teams that registered with a deposit must be paid in full to secure the spot you were holding. Any new teams registering after this date must pay in full.
December 1, 2019 (7pm EST) – $50 Late Fee will be added.
December 18, 2019 (7pm EST hard deadline, no registrations or payments accepted past this date)
ALL TEAMS will use Youth Shruumz, Sonic Flag-a-Tag flags or youth size NFL Flag poppers for all Youth 5v5 formats.
HOMES & HOTELS: We are NOT stay to play, however we have already secured the vacation homes and hotels with the lowest possible rates where you can reserve your team block, without having to pay up front, and can even have your team players pay for their own individual rooms within your block! We do request that all teams stay in Kissimmee or Osceola County. Click here to find a home or hotel!
AIRPORT: Orlando International Airport (MCO). ALL PLAYERS should fly in Friday, with all teams starting on Saturday, and expect not to leave until Monday. Games will run late Sunday.

4 game guarantee – 3 pool play games on Saturday plus single elimination bracket on Sunday for all teams in each division.
We do pool play here at the FFWCT, 3 games for youth on Saturday with all teams advancing to single elimination playoffs on Sunday.
After you finish all of your pool play games, playoffs brackets/seeds will be determined by factors IN THIS ORDER:
Since we do pool play, we’re able to do schedule blocks. For youth divisions we have 3 separate schedule blocks (A, B, C) so you’re guaranteed to be able to play or coach in up to 3 divisions with no conflicts. You can still enter teams into multiple divisions within the same block, but we cannot guarantee no conflicts. We will take schedule requests to help avoid these conflicts, if possible.
However, a player CANNOT play on multiple rosters in the same age group (i.e. Two teams entered into same age division with any of the same players).
We will be taking schedule requests into consideration. Coaches will need to submit their request via a form that will be emailed closer to the deadline date. Requests will be honored in order of the team with the highest Battle Point Ranking. If that is tied, then it will be honored by registration date order.
Requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to meet your request so your team has a great experience. If you are coaching two teams in the same block, it is recommended you have an assistant coach in case of a conflict.
Sea World Tickets, Trophies, Individual Medals, 5X Battle Points, Championship Rings, and Full Paid Bid to use at your choice of one of our 2020 National Championships (East Coast, Gulf Coast or West Coast) if 10 or more teams. If 9 teams or less will get a 1/2 Bid
ALL YOUTH TEAMS will use NFL Flag style, Sonic Flag-a-Tag flags or the Youth Shruumz belts and flags for all divisions. ALL TEAMS must provide their own flags, you can purchase them on-site as well but they will not be provided.
If you earned a full or a 1/2 paid bid through winning any of the FFWCT regional, state or national championship events this year that you’ll be redeeming for Worlds, you’ll want to register your team in the “My Team Has a Paid Bid” division. This will allow you to pay the $50 deposit that is required no matter what so we know the team is coming, and will ask you for your division in which we will then move you to that division in short order and will lock you into your registration date for points. If you had a 1/2 bid, we will apply your credit and you will still have a small outstanding balance that will need to be paid before the deadline. For teams with a full bid, this is all you’ll have to do other than we strongly encourage you to book your hotels or housing through our registration so you get the best deals possible.
All payments are final as of November 1st, 2019, and no refunds will be allocated for teams not attending of their own accord but may request a credit towards any FFWCT operated tournament within a calendar year. If you are coaching two teams in the same block, it is recommended you have an assistant coach. You can also submit a request so we can try to avoid conflicts between your teams.
